Miss Swan has always had a passion for cooking. Growing up in Chicago's foster care system, Miss Swan's love for cooking grew as she learned to take care of herself. Raised on the West side of Chicago, there was always the smell of BBQ in the air.
As an adult, her recipes were celebrated at family gatherings as the best food her guests had ever tasted. Her perfectly blended BBQ sauce was noted for its balance of sweet and spicy. It wasn't just her friends and family that agreed.
Miss Swan's BBQ was voted Top 10 in the nation by the Kansas City BBQ Society in 2019! With encouragement from Miss Swan's family and friends, she developed Miss Swan’s Perfect BBQ Sauce so that everyone could enjoy it.
